Subject: [PATCH] chore: Restore Package.swift template to previous version.
 New version is useful, but it will break the builds of users who have no
 upgraded to the latest version of Portals. We can re-introduce that change
 when we migrate to Capacitor v4 since that will be a breaking change and we
 will need to bump our version.
